The scoops are starting already...I guess the Esks can agree to let Reilly talk to other teams before free again you??

From Ryan Rishaug of TSN:

Final signature to come tomorrow, Mike Reilly will sign a 4 year deal at right around $700k  per season with the BC Lions.  Sources say Esks were willing to do 4x700k as well to match.

There are a few threads with rumours and speculation about player signings.

Let's keep this thread dedicated to confirmed signings.  Thanks.

The league turns a blind eye to TO, and BC because they can fold at any minute.

It happens with all the Eastern teams. The Bombers need a private owner and to be on the verge of bankruptcy and this drought would be long over.

I think he counts as a cheap signing.

Lol. Naylor reporting that Carter did NOT have permission to negotiate early. I wonder what happens here? BC get a tampering fine?

Carter is a low price replacement for Arcineaux...  Manny Show to Winnipeg?

Makes you wonder.

Was Chris Jones always the rulebender he appeared to be, or did Hervey make him that way.

Back to the topic at hand, if Duron signed out of bounds, the contract should be nullified and BC should be blocked from re-signing him.

But that won't happen.  And I imagine tampering happens all the time, but Duron's got a big mouth, so there's that.

And yes, I would imagine he is a value signing, kind of why I suggested maybe the Bombers should sign him.

Very surprised Claybrooks would add baby-sitting Carter to his list of tasks in his first H.C. year, I thought he was somewhat smarter than that.

Watching BC implode with a rookie head coach and high priced players will be fun.

Off season boom and regular season fizzle is what it is looking like.

He may have had permission to talk to other teams. However, Hervey is not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to tampering either.
