Here.
Excellent news. That really throws the battle at receiver into a different light. Less of a worry now.

Does that include the 3 2018 draft picks which are in theory non counters? The current roster still doesn't show Battle that was signed after the Florida camp. Doesn't include the global player Hansen. He was drafted but he may not have been signed yet and whether he's some sort of non counter is yet another question ( probably if he gets signed ). I show 76 players currently and that doesn't include Matthews yet. So that comes to 77 at the moment? Battle might make it 78 but I'm beginning to think he's not actually signed or has been released. We just signed a DB, Payton Hall from Sask. He must be a non drafted, non counter as well. Roster seems pretty close to updated on a near daily basis now.

Then 78 sounds right but aren't Firlotte, Koczwara and Oulette De Carlo non counters as 2018 draft choices that returned to school last year? Either way if we need to add any new players I can envision import receivers at the bottom of the depth chart being where the deletions come. Initially DB's and receivers are needed in quantity in order to evaluate. We've only got 4 import LB's competing for WIL and DI and back up's. Might be a bit thin there

Then it doesn't sound as though we are over the limit at the moment. The next signing of any import will necessitate an off setting deletion. There are usually some casualties at rookie camp. No shows, medical failures etc. Perhaps some late interest from neg list of Florida camp. Just throwing out a number but I'll speculate 2 more changes before main TC. No particular specific reason, just for fun so to speak and past history of " just before " main TC.

More non-counters:
Ed Tait @EdTaitWFC
The #Bombers sign two of their 2019 draft class: DB Nick Hallett and DL Tariq LaChance

We drafted 2 DB's and added Hall as well. That's a lot of Canadian DB's. I wonder which are the best at playing ST's, which might be the deciding factor. Do the 2 drafted this year have any eligibility left?

With all the Nat signings could some of the ST LBers be on the bubble or even Rush or Miller if Oliveira shows well? We need guys that could do more then just STs, STs is important but we need more 2 way players.

Miller is pretty safe in my eyes, Rush a little less so. Both are ST demons, and if we cut them they will get a gig in the CFL immediately. I don't think either are breaking the bank, and we'd see just a small SMS advantage going younger, but we have signed some pricey players of late... and this might be where they economize. Would hate to see Miller go though, and Rush is quite the story, but its on the field that counts.
