If Dressler is out, please for the love of Gawd insert Flanders.

I think I'd rather see more Petermann.

With the weather today and wind, it?s going to be hard passing, so lots of running plays screens and short passes. My guess is Harris and Demski will be used a lot!

Definitely need guys to be clutch today. But I think Blue in BC's comment in another thread about seeing more Woli today is going to be pretty spot on.

Ya, there?s definitely some bad dope going around out there. Dressler gives us a dimension to our offense nobody else gives us?threat on the jet sweep everytime, awesome clutch catches and so elusive once he catches the ball.

Agree with the post about seeing more of peterman?hope he gets lots of reps with a 31-0 lead

Unreal catch today on that TD pass from Streveler. Epitome of a clutch receiver.

it's just too funny how the people had to kick him when he was down to one of our best players and will go down as one of the great bomber receivers

Absolutely keep him here as long as we can.  As we go forward he won't command a huge salary hit, likely comparable to a backup eventually.  No one is signing him to a huge payday next year given the injuries this year and last.

I would love to see him here as a coach, but not yet!  If he will play for money that doesn't break the bank, is more of a backup salary, then we would be stupid to not keep him.

Aren't coaching salaries being included in the cap soon/next year?  Then why not just have him doing both, activating as necessary/available, and utilizing his God-given talent as a receiver to mentor others?

No brainer.

He just has to stay healthy. An injured Dressler is no good to this team.

Not sure who was kicking him when he was down - maybe doubting his ability later in his career?  He has been hurt a lot over the last few years.  But he is a star, money when he is dressed.

I want him to last as long as Cameron could play.

Or maybe even as long as Westwood thought he could play...

In this thread folks said he was done

Countless times people panic when he is injuried

Sir and others wanted him to sit

They were light kicks lol
