I'm guessing there was a renegotiation of contract pre-trade...  or will happen now.

I wonder how Brandon Bridge is feeling right now.  Looks like Kevin Glenn to Edmonton might actually happen!  He can complete the set.

No doubt this has a lot to do with clearing space for Manziel.  Surprising that Jones gave up as much for him, 10th overall pick is basically a first rounder.

Great move for Riders.  Solidifies their  future for ten years.
Now let's reacquire Kevin.

So Bombers asleep at the well again.
Pitiful.
When are we going to get some people in place who know what they are doing
They have three starters.!

Going to be some mixed reactions on this one in Rider Nation. Does Zach still have it? He was awful last year. I suppose he's renegotiated or is he the defacto number 1 in Regina next year?

I mean Brandon Bridge played better than Collaros last year; so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Wow!  Big news!  Seems like a high price to pay for a guy who was going to be released.

You forgot the winky face after "Now let's reacquire Kevin"...

The Riders are moving on from him, why on earth would we want him?

And 3 starters?  Wow.  Collaros coming of a year where he lost his starting role, Glenn, well, is "the leagues best insurance policy, but no-ones choice as starter" and Bridge, who has potential, but hasn't proven anything.  3 starters?

You wanted to trade for Collaros?  And have 20% of our cap in 2 QB's?

Agreed.  Let's go after Glenn as he is sure to be released.

Collaros said he wouldn't renegotiate in Hamilton but realistically you'd think he'd have to in order to make the trade feasible. At best this is going to require an SMS adjustment across their roster. With the number of potential free agents on their roster it will be interesting and entertaining to see where the dust settles.

Kevin Glenn would be an excellent insurance policy to have back. If he is released I would love to have him as a Bomber.

BIG RISK by Jones. Collaros looked like a deer in the headlights last year. Since his injury he does not seem comfortable in the pocket at all. I think he is traumatized, much like Willy.

The draft pick the Riders are sending to the Ticats is the same draft pick that the Riders got from Montreal for Darian Durant.  So essentially the Riders traded Durant for Collaros.

Because he is a great backup.

Well this is the first domino at QB to move to a new team. This eliminates Regina as a destination for Franklin or Masoli as a starter.

If Manziel does sign in Hamilton in a few days things are going to change as well across the CFL.

Who ends up where and when? I wouldn't mind Masoli or Bridges as our # 2 QB for the right price.
