I am not afraid to admit I am a huge Star Wars fan.  Just watched the last trailer and I am stoked.  I don't go to movies much but I think I gotta go 3D on this one lol.

The Force Awakens was pretty good, even if it touched on similar themes from A New Hope. It was a very entertaining movie.

Rogue One was excellent in how it further explored the SW universe and tied into the main story. My favourite by far.

I'm really looking forward to The Last Jedi.

On movies such as this, I've avoided watching trailers.  I want to be completely surprised.

Agreed. They give away too much in trailers.

Saw it tonight.  It was ok...I love going to the movies so rarely do I have a bad time ...I would give this one a 6.5 - 7/10.  Found myself not really caring that much about the characters..didn't really like Rose that much.  Just kinda seemed to be exactly the same as others.

Last years was better IMO

Just a little... and what could have been the best part of the movie, the Porgs... well, they got annoying real fast.  Although the one Chewy was about to eat looked pretty tasty.

I do not need to see it again in the theatre or anytime soon.

The humour was over used and awkward at many moments. Where was Jar Jar?

They took a big crap on basically all the old main characters including Luke and Leia.

The Mary Poppins Leia moment was ridic and laughable, pathetic writing. She lives BUT she?s dead!?!?

The Luke hologram thing across the galaxy was stupid as well. If he was gonna die why not just go in person like a real Jedi!

The whole Casino planet thing was a waste of a half an hour of my life. Fin and Rose were useless in the story itself.

Rian Johnson took a giant poo on the Jedi with the whole Yoda tree/book burning episode. Rather sad and disminishes the original 3 movies.

The visuals were awesome and great fighter scenes.

Unceremonious killed General Akbar in the Bridge explosion as well.

Who the hell is Snoke? Nobody knows! Dead, who cares!

WHAT? never knew this was an issue EVER in this galaxy. Seems like they made up stuff to make a poor poor movie.

I think they screwed the franchise going forward... shame because I love it.

That is unless they completely reboot it which they may but episode 9 still to come, yikes! That could really suck!

My daughter and I counted 25 commercials pre movie. $$$ what a scam!

I to liked Rogue One very much

Me neither. I find all that sci-fi stuff weird.
