Wow all great news on many fronts even Corney out of the boot is good to see.

I trust MOS will make the best decision regarding Matt. If it?s beneficial to rest him for the long term rest him if he grips the ball and throws normally play him and clinch playoffs with Home game likely.

Matt Nichols still throwing, and with acceptable zip. Stay tuned

I worry more about D, then Matt playing or not. Matt is like AH, tough.

The #Bombers may start two Canadian receivers this week. Julian Feoli-Gudino looks healthy and rested after missing last game due to an UBI.

i dunno about that plan...cause Flanders is hurt I guess...

I'm wondering whether giving Matt the game off and giving valuable reps to Davis and LeFevour (maybe a half each?) would be more beneficial in the long run....

nope...gotta keep winning to clinch a home playoff spot...don't want to be rolling into Regina for that...  Matt starts if he can - gives us best chance at winning.

I don't see this happening until we clinch a playoff spot. Even then, I can't really see MOS resting Nichols until maybe the Calgary game (and even then, I think Nichols would play at least the first quarter)

Yeah I see that side of the argument too. Just don't want us to be Dinwiddie'd come playoff time  Cheesy

If Flanders can't go I would start two Canadian receivers and use the extra import either on the defensive line or at linebacker

I'm hoping this means both Nevis and Poop plays (or much better start).

Not likely, if Corney is out they pretty much have to play another DE to replace him, no Natls. available so his replacement will be Shayon Green.
