Westerman is sporting a large brace on his left arm that he was not wearing prior to his two weeks away.

probably out for season...
Well that likely puts to rest the fake injury theory...

From Wyman: Westerman is wearing brace on left arm which is consistent with info that he has torn triceps muscle that ended his season. #Bombers

Glad he's back in town with the team. Not good news regarding the brace on his arm, though. Embarrassed

I think that theory did not have much traction from the beginning.

Triceps. Got it. So why on earth wouldn't they just say so from the beginning?

Yes very strange.  They still haven't officially said anything.  O'Shea refused to talk about it during his presser today.  My guess is Darren Cameron leaked it to some members of the media.

Further evaluation was needed to determine the nature and/or severity of the injury...? No idea, just speculating.

Pretty strange how this all went, though.

Teammates were also apparently very excited to see him on the field, so would also rule out some sort of massive locker room issue.

Unless the brace is a fake!!!

Short of loading up on steroids, fixing a torn muscle takes time.  Hope that the brace protects him from further injury...

He does seem to like it here and this injury could bring his price tag down in free agency.

I just want my game issued Westerman to become obsolete!
