It's not trolling. It's discussion about the Jets and the game.

If the way you are saying it is Colton....then there are a lot of trolls during the Bombers season on this site.

It isn't discussion about the Jets. You continuously come into a Jets discussion thread for no other purpose than to tell Jets fans you are cheering against whoever is playing against them, that all of their traditions are stupid and boring, that you predict them to lose every game that they play, and that every call made in favour of the Jets is wrong and the refs who made it are enept.

You are not a Predators fan coming on here to foster actual discussion about the series, you're just simply anti-Jets and trying to rile up Jets fans by letting them know you are rooting for their elimination. You are not trying to foster any discussion with any other member of this forum that isn't with the purpose of getting under their skin. It's painfully obvious what the intent of every message you post in this thread, and several others on the offside forum.

If you need someone to hear about how much you dislike the Jets and wish them to lose, there are multiple Nashville Predators forums available to you. Doing so on a Jets forum is just simply trolling in every sense of the word.

I would only say praise and criticism here is allowed but there has to be balance.  Logic says a team near the bottom of the league or struggling in any sport is likely to get a lot of disappointment and criticism directed its way.

However, the Jets have had a stellar season (2nd in league standings I believe) and are still in the playoffs playing the #1 team in league standings.  That suggests they deserve a ton of accolades.  There is little room to be critical and to do so appears to be an attempt to be simply contrary or seeking attention.

Let's recognize their accomplishments and get the discussion back on track as game 7 means the Jets are still in it.  The Jets have shown they can win regardless of where they play.

"You can't let praise or criticism get to you. It's a weakness to get caught up in either one." - John Wooden

Can somebody tell me why my comments are being deleted........because if whatever I have been saying is wrong I will correct that.....otherwise I am really learning nothing about how to post here right now....

Good to see the Mods are on the ball, and your childish, antagonistic act is being dealt with. It?s about time!!!!

Consider yourself lucky it's only your garbage comments and not your entire account. So far, anyway.

Exactly right. And if it isn't the Jets, it's Matt Nichols. It's pathetic.

Anyway, the Jets had another stinker after giving up a ridiculously strange first goal. And then it was eerily reminiscent of game 4, IMO. And a real shame they couldn't close it out in front of the fans, who had basically nothing to cheer for last night.

It all comes down to game 7. Is anyone really that surprised, though?

Not in the slightest. We did have a brief period of hope though, which makes a game 7 seem disappointing even though it was expected.

For sure. I thought the tide had turned after game 5 and the Jets would've been able to close it last night at home. I'm still shocked at how seemingly flat the home team was at times. It was just so strange to see for a second straight home game.

Yeah, the whole series seems to be Team A is good and Team B is flat, followed by the opposite the next night, and then cycle through that a few times to get a 3-3 series.

On the worrisome side, we have to play it at Bridgestone. On the positive side, we have been generally good there (majority of our wins there!), and are due for our "good game" according to the pattern.

Gonna need the defibrillator Thursday.

Super disappointing we couldn't close this thing out last night...to not score more than 1 goal at home the last two games is concerning.  Our PP was terrible and we got zero bounces our way...I really think we blew it these home games and hope we can overcome and move on...not like this season wasn't fun but not winning at home will haunt me...

On game 7 - nothing would surprise me at all at this point...we could blow them out 5- 0, get blown out or win/lose in OT...can't predict anything with these two teams...sucks it all comes down to one game and potentially a bad call, greasy goal or one missplay.  I guess that is why we love sports so much!

White out street party was fun...feel bad for really short people - sucks for them as it would be hard to see the game...we are both over 6 feet but still ended up going to the family section behind the library so we could sit on the grass instead of standing.

We managed to get a few scoring chances in Nashville's end last night.
It looked as if we could have scored some goals and perhaps beaten Nashville it we could have:
- beaten them to loose pucks
- cut down on giveaways
- screened Rinne on shots from the point

It's the top 2 teams going at it in this Jekyll and Hyde series, one minute one team looks like they won't lose another game the next minute they look like they won't win another game

Game 7 will be epic--ya gotta believe folks!!! we re taking  this series--there is no tomorrow , Jets will play desparate hockey and win this

I didn't realize Pekka Rinne was 35 years old.
Since Connor Hellebuyck is only 24 (his birthday is May 19th), our goaltending should be secure for years to come !  :)

I'm thinking that being on the road might be less of a disadvantage that I might have conjectured before.

It feels like Maurice outcoached himself, with his line matching.  Yes, it should be an tactical advantage, but it almost seemed like it was a distraction.

On the road, you don't have to worry about that, just roll out the players and let the other coach worry about matching.

I'm hoping that this simplification, and the players just going out there and doing their thing gives us that road win.
Unabashed positron.  Blue koolaid in my fridge.  I wear my blue sunglasses at night.  Homer, d'oh.

I mean, there's nothing stopping you from rolling whatever lines you want at home either, you don't have to line match just because you have the ability to.

I do think the Jets will see a better result tomorrow night though.

Pressure's on the Preds & that's worth a 1/2 goal for the Jets, if you are a gambler.
Little & Lowry have to elevate their lines & each unit get goals ..... our Top 6 is due to show finish

Jets win in a nail biter  5 - 3, with an empty netter crushing the P.K. out of our foes.
