Agreed. It's a start though I guess. Hopefully they replicate to the whole season.

A twitter poster I follow just releavel that apparently, some Europeans refer to American Football as "Hand Egg", and I just can't stop giggling.

a british podcast i started listening to refers to american football as HAND EGG and i can?t stop laughing about it


I get that soccer is football, and tennis is actually two-is (or occasionally mixed four-is) and basketball is ten-is, as well as actually being basket ball, but American Football as Hand Egg kinda makes sense... although an egg is asymmetrical along its axis,  a football is actually closer to egg than sphere...

Just thought I'd pass on the giggle...
