I almost see the Preds as our Stanley Cup.  If we can beat the Preds, there isn't any other team that scares me in a 7 game series.

I agree.

I think we can beat them. Even if i take off my Jet glasses and look at both teams fair. I still see the Jets as the more all around better team.

The leafs took out Boston during the season but are now getting their butts handed to them. Its a new thing when you have to play the same team night in n night out.

As always, the Penguins would scare me.  Say what you want about them - they always deliver late in the playoffs.

Penguins Jets would make for a nice Stanley Cup Final.

Round 2 in the West is set!

Now to see if the Capitals and Bruins can close out their respective series tonight.

Just some quick stats this year vs. Predators:

-Preds won season series 3-2
-Preds scored 22, Jets 19 in regulation
-Jets won 1 on the road and 1 at home.  Preds won 2 at home and 1 on the road

And the Jets win at home was not against Rinne, it was against their backup goaltender.

A positive side note as well, is that our win on the road was against Rinne, and we won 6-4 (scored 5 on Rinne) in that game.

Leafs are about to force game 7. Bruins must be getting nervous.

Would be nice to have 2 Canadian teams advance.

I?d normally agree, but I really, really dislike the Leafs.

I wouldn't mind.

It's all about the Cup, and Boston is a tougher opponent than the Leafs. Knock 'em off early, I say.

Agreed.  Don?t like Boston sports teams either.  Looks like Jets will be the lone canadian team.  This is why game 7?s are nerve racking - one bad 5 hole goal and your season is done

I hate both .... But to end all the Leaf everything makes me happy.
