I thought Alexis wasn't playing for Canada because the Rangers wanted him getting used to their system.

Professional athletes and team members (players, coaches, managers, training and technical staff and medical personnel) employed by or affiliated with a professional sports team from Manitoba are also exempt from the self-isolation requirements as well as film production crew members (cast and crew) if they are not displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.

So I read that as the other teams have to hole up for 14 days coming to Manitoba as they aren't a part of the Jets. No?

Looks like 8 players from Germany have tested positive for Covid after entering the bubble in Edmonton.

Sounds like the NHL will start on January 13th and run until May 8th. Short training camp.

As much as I like the All-Canadian Division, it could get boring very quickly. It also could get very nasty, which would be funny to watch.

Kucherov & his $9.5M are on LTIR & out for regular season ...... Cernak & Cirelli freshly inked ........ Tampa still needs to make a move or two for Cap compliance

Sure hope no Canadian Div. team swoops in & strengthens their roster due to Tampa's need to move $$.

Wow, Covid already affecting the NHL. Dallas will start a few days later due to players having Covid. The Blue Jackets did not have enough players to scrimmage today.

Montreal/Toronto: This wasn't a bad game. Both teams looked out of gas late in the third.

Van/Edmonton: Van looked much better then the Oilers. Oilers still need D.

Really felt both games had some okay play but the tempo was mostly ragged for all 4 clubs ....... however, do believe the Habs just may be a big winner this year

What is all this Montreal hype based on? They did literally nothing last year and then lost the only game they played this year. I don?t understand why so many are christening them the division winners.
