I'll review the circus td again. Looked ok to me so far.

Remember, if there's any bias it will be towards MORE SHOW. Johnston mandates more show. There's been a couple of non TDS called as TDS this season. There was one last week where the dudes hand is actually touching the rail before the cone.

I think the only way they'll overturn a called td under Johnston is if it's clear and obvious in full speed.

I find this very interesting. What's the cause? Certainly lots of run plays. I also think both teams were trying to shorten the game, doing max clock bleed.

SSK doing it because a shorter game gives the wildcard underdog team less chances to get lucky. HAM doing it because they were able to stay close and not wanting to give SSK time to do their dink and dunk.
