It's an interesting event, but the times we've gone, it was hard to justify the $85 (let alone $105) for the noshing opportunity.  If money is not a consideration, it is a great event, like a food truck corral for brick and mortars.

Some of the foods were excellent, and the reason restaurants participate in these things, to expose people to their wares.  And we have attended a few of the vendors post event.  Looking at the list, there are only a couple we aren't familiar with, and it feels like a shorter list this year.

I'm not sure if the goal is to make the most off of limited availability of tickets, preferring to undersell the event at max dollars rather than selling out for less.

The vendors want the max number of people there, and I haven't heard that they are close to selling out.

At $50, its a reasonable food/entertainment value.  At $60 its a bit of a stretch, in my honest opinion.  At $85, I seriously can't pull the trigger.

Maybe adding in a charity aspect, or getting some of the players as celeb hosts might make it more appealing.
Unabashed positron.  Blue koolaid in my fridge.  I wear my blue sunglasses at night.  Homer, d'oh.
