It is important, I think, that every member here, and potential members who subscribe to the forum, read the Code of Conduct below and determine that, after reading it, they can abide by the rules.

The essence of the Code of Conduct is best described in the following excerpt from the Code of Conduct...

You may find that you do not always agree with someone else's opinion. At those times, please remember that it's safer and more polite to take issue with the comments than with the person. While free debate within the outlined parameters is encouraged, and diversity of opinion is what fuels a good debate, each member is entitled to his own opinion, so long as it is expressed in a civil manner and does not violate the code of conduct. Please recognize the difference between attacking an opinion and attacking another member personally.

Coupled with the above, it is important to understand this forum is an opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of the team.  We encourage honest and balanced discussion.  We discourage troll-like and unbalanced views (members who provide a consistent display of either positive or negative views and opinion about the team, its staff and players) regardless of performance and outcomes.

By far the majority of our members are able to share views and opinions in a forthright, unbiased and nonthreatening manner.  They provide their opinion without disrespecting, dismissing or attacking the views of others.

I would encourage everyone to take a few minutes to read the Code of Conduct and do their best to abide by it.

Thanks for taking time to do this and contact me if you have any questions.
