Big Stan is going to be in so much trouble when CGY comes to town! That Hicks & co is eating up SSK's LT repeatedly. Just brutal. And I'm pretty sure their LT has been better than Big Stan most of the season.
We'll have to make sure Brady & co are adding extra protection on that side.

Ya, another mugging example, and this one is extra interesting because it was challenged and overturned. Again, I think the deciding factor on muggings is whether the DB uses hands or not. I didn't see any hands use by the DB (just KSB!) and thus it was deemed non-DPI.
But it's still all too nebulous, and it shouldn't take a challenge to get mugging calls correct. Something needs to be done as it's becoming an integral part of some teams' game plan. If Dickenson The Greater didn't have a challenge at that point he'd just be out of luck and the cheaters win.
One way you can stop muggings is to make a new 10 or 15Y penalty for mugging, flaggable by EITS/command. Kind of like the penalty for embellishing, which this is a form of.
On the bright side, SSK losing badly means #2 in the W is alive if we win out and get a little luck with CGY/BC losing.
On the downside, CGY winning makes us being last in the W an extremely possible scenario. And with our schedule, it may be the likely scenario.
If our guys wanted to make some waves, they need to do it right now, and probably win 3 or 4, and some of those (like BC) by a large point differential. Winning 0, 1 or 2 more probably will not get it done and we'll have our worst result since... '14? Sad.
Needed the Riders to win but they didn't. The road just got more difficult.

It's odd to think that the Riders could easily miss the playoffs. The last game they won was Labour Day, and it took them overtime to do it. Before that game, they barely beat Toronto at home, and lost to BC & Hamilton.
If Collaros is back, we should be able to get in. Although, we'd still likely lose in the first round.

Bombers haven't won 2 games in a row since an eastern sweep of Hamilton, Toronto, and Ottawa in July.
No more easy outs in the last 4 games.
Looks like old Vern is on an upswing again, making it bad timing for the Bombers next week when the Stamps come to town. Hopefully the weather intervenes and Vern fades away in the cold and rain but when healthy and mobile he becomes as dangerous as any elite QB's out there. Vern goes in cycles, got to catch him on a bad day when God is punishing him.
