Every unit has shown they can produce. So now we need most units to produce regularly, and we can beat anyone.

Can the OC put together game plans knowing Zach can't run very well and throw deep accurately?

Zach can throw 45 yards with good accuracy, Techno did you do the measures lately lol

Zach's health is by far and away the biggest concern, with him, we have a shot, without him, we are dead in the water.

He's the same as last year.  45 easily, 50 harder, 55 limit; point-to-point

The Demski seam explosion was a great example of what we need to be doing.  He throws early to a 40-45Y spot and catches guys in stride.  If he steamboats then the go routes are already out of his range and the RECs wait and D's get INTs.

The key is throw early.  Maybe this has been figured out now.

Not prioritizing talent. Overvaluing experience. Especially at key positions. That's been number one weakness for the last three seasons.

The value of experience is a fine line, when you are winning cups its key, when struggling or on rebuilding need to change gears.

I think we have lessons to learn from the past few seasons but generally it brought us much success.  Cost Ritchie his job.  Gotta know when to hold em...

The poll was about now but a general discussion is always welcome.

Zach's health and OL go hand in hand?

Consistency- which is the issue - really just means we're not good enough across the board.
