He seemed like a really nice guy who tried his best.

Best of luck in what's next for you.

Still think we moved on from his too early, he was good on and off the field.  He was too good for the role we had open for him, but I really think we should have made the effort to take better care of him here.  We had the ratio, and I'm sure, at the end of the day, the $SMS would have worked itself out.

We lost oline, Harris, DT's in the past, but this was different.  He wanted to stay, would have done anything he was asked to do.  Paying him above ELC to be 5th REC is not a sound $SMS move, that's what rookies are for.  But for what he brought, the extra was worth it.

Unless there was some underlying issue, an injury, a passport thing, something we were never made privy to, he should have been here.

No doubt, he will succeed in what he chooses to do next.

Maybe he can take a sideline gig, and give Luke a run for his money.

Sheed was one of the guys you could always count on to bring his "A" game every time and not take plays off.  Best of luck to him in the future.

I still think the 2019 GC Bailey "not-TD" was a TD.  That should have been his epic first CFL TD.  Regardless...

Ya, I think everyone thought we moved on too early from Sheed.  Let's not forget the energy and passion he brought to the team.  It was around that time we ditched AH, our main energy guy.  And you ditch Sheed at the same time, then Yoshi a while later...

The leaders & rah rah guys are clearly very important, yet we didn't (don't?) take that seriously.

Bailey was always more than capable of the crossers and slants and curls; holding on and getting the conversion.  And that's the main thing we've been missing.

Thanks for everything Sheed, your efforts are appreciated and your GC-win years will never be forgotten.

Sheed was also the best jet sweep guy they ever had, he wasn't slow and he wasn't concerned about getting hit.

Fearless, admire the blocking on this play.

Ya, his sweeps were fun, and mostly unexpected because he wasn't known as "fast", so why would any OC sweep to him?

I'll never forget his unique, manic non-carrying-arm motion when he was redirecting during a sweep.  He had the strangest form, yet it really worked for him.

Bailey was instrumental in so many of his teammates success. He was an excellent blocker who never took plays off.He was always a reliable receiver and I wish him nothing but success in his retirement.

Bailey wasn't the best receiver, but he always tried his best.
