Good

Defense played well.
Special Teams were very good.
Zach played pretty darn effective.

Bad

Int and Fumbles.
Not kicking the F.G.
Very little offense...again.
Sergio
What a way to lose.
That NON pass interference on the pick 6.
OL
Cross over option is about done.
Very little went our way.

Ugly

Decision to go on 3rd & 1.
We will finish behind Saskatchewan and perhaps Even Edmonton.
Lose both the LDC and the Banjo Bowl.

Good:

Defense
Collaros
Special teams
Argos crowd seemed engaged in the game

Bad:

-Injury spotters calling down twice. I don't always watch all the other teams play, but have there ever been any other QBs that have been pulled by the spotter? Always seems to happen when the Offense is rolling too. Are they pulling him because of his concussion history? Baffling
-command centre reviews. Would like an explanation on both the non DPI and ball placement reviews.

Ugly:
-Castillo (can't blame the chip this time can he?)
-fumbles. Just unreal!
-O-line
-Osh not going for the FG. In a season where the team is fighting for their playoff lives this early in the season, you take the points and trust your defense who were actually doing well!
-losing another winnable game
-short week coming up (will injuries be a factor from this game?)

What city were we playing in? Where is the command centre located?
Go Bombers!

Jesse

Good:

We put up a bunch of yards
Zach hit a long TD
Wilson had a good game too
Defense was lights out
Still within a win of a play-off spot...

Bad:

OL looked rough
fumbles ruined us (and by our best players)
Lots of yards without any TDs is not a good sign

Ugly:

Finding new ways to lose every week
Eli for Neufeld didn't look any better
My wife is amazing!

If our record wasn't that bad, it would be easier to just chalk this game off to a combination of bad luck.

The team played well aside from the horrible turnover issue. However it was against the Argos which are not top tier.

I thought O. Wilson, Bonds, Ford, Johnson, Garbutt and Case played well as starters. The back up DB's didn't seem out of place. So we have found some good rookie talent

It's the veterans that let us down one way or another.

BAD:

Our O-line (not protecting ZC)
Demski #10 (how many fumbles in YAC)
2 missed FG by Sergio
PLay calling by Buck Pierce) and no adjustments in 2nd half

THE REFS AND COMMAND CENTRE!!!!

Good:

our defence played much better

dd

The Good
Collaros played a great game, took a pounding but delivered a great performance
Special teams containing grant, he didn't break the record on us!!

The Bad
our O line was dreadful, absolutely dreadful, we need to air lift help here or Collaros doesn't finish the season
Woli getting hurt

The Ugly
The fumbles and turnovers- we had terrible ball security
The PI that wasn't called on the pick six, defender twisted our receivers body prior to the ball getting there and that's PI everytime. And CC doesn't over turn which is par for the course, they're brutal

Pete

the good
Kramdls best game
the secondary was solid
Bighill made some plays
WIlson is a keeper
Collaros
Woods is very underated
the bad
fumbles
oline exemplified by not getting the third and one that would have won us the game
(interior almost bordered on ugly)
Johnson cant make a catch in traffic and on the outs doesnt have the ability to make one guy miss or the power, goes down way to easy
Bucks play calling, we need to do way more play action to give Collaros a chance
Lack of creativity, again 2nd and inches we do a dive play
Ugly
the key phrase in past years is that each player is accountable to the other, numerous times O'Shea has stated he doesn't need to make adjustments his player will do that
Sorry but looking at all the mistakes especially be vets such as Demski, Neufeld, Kolankoski, Even Olivera on his fumble it's not happening at least with the offence. We've said it consistently on this forum its O'Shea and Walters who have to make the adjustments

The really Ugly:

Once again, the officiating

Seems like this is a problem that can not be fixed.

Blatant Late shove knock  down on Collaros .... No flag. Official right there.

Not even a comment from the play by play team. Shrug.

Protecting the refs from criticism at all costs, is a poor policy.

Not watching CFL today. Protesting this second rate officiating, that we see week after week.

Collaros should pack it in after this season. Not worth it. Some of  his teammates abandoned him last night.

dd

Looking at Collaros s body language last night, he's frustrated and tired of being beaten up. He had an angry look on his face most of the night and understandably so. I thought he played a good game last night while those around him took turns and screwing up on every drive it seemed. Over 300 yds of offense and you only generate 16 points, ya, several screwups killed us

Surely you jest.  C.Jones EDM might have pulled ahead.  Jarius EDM is going backwards at triple speed.

Yes, other QBs have been pulled, if not this season then definitely last season.  WRs too, and even some defenders.

But this is probably the first time I've seen spotters pull a player who had nothing touch his helmet at all.  No H2H, no arm to helmet, no turf to helmet... nothing!

But Zach did look in sleepyland laying on the field.  Very strange.  You can still concuss in strange ways just by falling (even with no head strike), I guess.  But then they put him right back in, so he wasn't(?) concussed...

Maybe Zach took my advice about Cody School Of Writhing?  However, to pass Cody's course you have to actually writhe.  Just going lights out isn't good enough.

Refs didn't care even one iota about the push/sleep.  Also strange.

Uh, TOR is going to end up either 1st or 2nd in the E... and almost certainly be in the EDF and 50/50 shot at making the GC.  They are literally top tier.  You don't go from a historic, record-setting season to EDM-level incompetence in 8 months.

You do our team an injustice by minimizing how well our injury-destroyed team did to not get blown out by TOR.

I think Zach played it up a bit to get a penalty call and it didn't work. When the CC called his bluff he couldn't protest much because he pretended he was out for a few seconds laying on the field motionless. Another gamble that did not pay off.

Found it strange they pulled Johnson when he exhibited no sign of concussion, but never considered the hit that knocked his helmet off a penalty. Why was Johnson wearing a full faced fire suit? He looked like the invisible man!

4 teams have better records than the Argos. They are currently 3rd in the east. If not for the bonehead decision by the Bombers to not kick the FG, their record would be worse.
