We have Vaughters who know there D, and Logan who knows there O. Every team also has tons a video, far to much is being made of this.

Big difference in this year's Argos vs last is Jake ceros a and brinkmanship are gone from the Argo D line.mthose 2 had a monster game pressuring Collaros into many mistakes and pick sixes. Without those 2, and McManis being injured, the Argos D is night and day different.

When did Grant score a TD? I don't see him on the box score.

Wooden had the kick off return TD.

Quote from: TecnoGenius on Today at 12:36:39 AMSimple logic:

Is Biggie the smartest guy on our D, the QB of our D (when healthy) for many years, and probably knows the book and Hall better than anyone else?  Yes?

Did Biggie tell them something?  Even one thing?  Yes?

Did that one thing lead to even one on-field play by CGY being better than it otherwise would have?  Yes?

It doesn't have to be he spilled the whole book and every little thing CGY did was because of it.  It just has to be one little thing at the margin to make it worthwhile for CGY.

Now, if you can admit that, then multiple that one little thing by how many multitudes of little things he really impacted.  The only question left is "how many things".  To my eyes it sure looked like CGY had the "cheat code" to unlock the WPG D on all those mid/deep completions!

Not saying 99% of CGY's performance was due to Biggie, all I'm saying is it's more than 0%.  And I'm not sure how anyone can argue that.

The logic is only true under the tinfoil hat. Considering when he got there and their bye week, they probably only had 3 practices while he was there. Teams have game film to study then listen to anything Bighill could add in a few days.

I'd say zero value. Now he might have some input before the next game, but their coaches already know what to expect.

So year, ZERO is more a logical conclusion.

Quote from: J5V on Today at 02:20:32 AMEx-Bombers Grant and Lawler with 5 TDs in this game. Crazy to think of.

Did I miss a TD? Lawler with 3 and Grant with 1.

Not much defense in this game. 89 points scored in this one.

Oh and yes the Ticats made some great plays but the Argos D has not played well. Looks good on them. :)

I channel surfed the game but did see a lot of it including the 2 K/O return TD's. A guy in New Westminster wins the $1M prize 1st time in history.

Hopefully he's young enough to collect the $50K per year for 20 years and gets to reap the rewards so to speak. We probably won't hear much about this game tomorrow. The focus will be on the winner of $1M.

Ironic in a game where Bo throws for 5 TD's and Lawler has 3 TD receptions. Those would normally be noteworthy. They are but the PR will be good having this winner.

Congrats to him and the TiCats.
